Our cancellation guidelines are based on the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry, General Terms and Conditions/our own conditions.
Check in is from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, check out by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
The local tax is €3 per night per person aged 14 and over.
No deposit is required.
This only applies to direct bookings made through us and not to bookings made through booking portals (e.g. Booking.com).
Ski-free is valid from Friday, November 28th to Friday, December 19th, 2025 for stays of 3 nights or more!
During the SKI-FREE WEEKS, the ski pass is free for the duration of your stay, so it is not necessary to buy a ski ticket yourself.

Cash, with EC card, Visa or Mastercard.
A deposit of €300 per booked apartment is required to secure the reservation. Reservations without a deposit are not possible and will be treated as invalid!
Pets are allowed for an additional charge of €18 per animal per night without food.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire house, including the holiday home “Wiesberghäusl”!
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house; in the apartments you are allowed to smoke on the balcony. There is a covered and heated smoking area in front of the restaurant (outdoor).
Parking spaces are available free of charge directly in front of the house.
While you're still slumbering blissfully, we'll prepare a varied breakfast buffet for you in our restaurant with all sorts of delicacies.
