Our cancellation guidelines are based on the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry, General Terms and Conditions/our own conditions.
Check in is from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, check out by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.

A deposit of €300 per booked apartment is required to secure the reservation. Reservations without a deposit are not possible and will be treated as invalid!
Pets are allowed for an additional charge of €18 per animal per night without food.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire house, including the holiday home “Wiesberghäusl”!
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house; in the apartments you are allowed to smoke on the balcony. There is a covered and heated smoking area in front of the restaurant (outdoor).
Parking spaces are available free of charge directly in front of the house.
Social barbecue evenings are also possible with us in the cold season. In our cozy hut in the garden, up to twelve people can find a cozy place to feast and enjoy.
